Case Study: Asphalt Release | Columbia SC
Overview: An asphalt release company in South Carolina needed a chemical supplier that would offer outstanding service and timely delivery.
Challenge: Their current supplier was delivering poor service, and their orders always took an excessively long time to receive.
Solution: The ChemStation Account Manager reviewed our Asphalt Release System (ARS) unit and the benefits of ChemStation. Since the asphalt plant was in the process of purchasing a pressure washing system to clean their trucks, ChemStation demoed a truck wash cleaner and then installed a 350-gallon refillable tank of the product. And after the previous supplier failed to show up to repair their asphalt release equipment for three weeks (even after several phone calls), the plant received approval to also switch to ChemStation’s asphalt release product for their truck beds.
Results: In addition to the truck wash cleaner, ChemStation installed a new ARS unit, a 350-gallon tank of asphalt release product, and a telemetry unit to monitor inventory levels. ChemStation makes monthly service visits to check all equipment, monitor chemical inventory, and coordinate deliveries when needed. If a problem occurs, ChemStation will be available by phone and will be there within 24 hours to have it repaired.
